Our Design Process

Like building a home, a professionally constructed design is essential for details of a project that holds the magnitude of a custom pool & outdoor living space. Each and every client and job site is unique.

The team at Vue Custom Pools and Design can provide 3D realistic renderings of what the master plan and overall design will look like before any construction or pool renovation begins. VIP Suite is the Structure Studios software used by our team and a leader in the industry of pool & outdoor space design. 3D software helps clients visualize elevations, plans and even future phases of projects. The advanced offerings can show them what their space will look like at night and even where the shade will cast based on their address, any time of year.

After a site visit, and an in-depth understanding of the space & the client needs, a conceptual rendering is constructed. The 2nd meeting (via zoom) is when the conceptual design is revealed to the client. Once the conceptual plan is complete, construction drawings (and a more detailed firm estimate) can be developed. The design can include the pool, spa, deck, pool house, water features, landscaping, equipment layout, and anything else needed within the space. At the end of the design phase, owners have their own personal plans to put into reality.

Project estimates are presented at a 3rd meeting when the plans are finalized and delivered to the client.
