This very secluded site overlooks a distant reservoir and the owners wanted a clean & crisp private retreat. The clients also wanted the design to integrate a lap pool for exercise into low-maintenance landscaping. Artificial turf and outdoor porcelain tile pavers create a relaxing environment where the owners can focus on enjoying their backyard instead of focusing on yard maintenance.

The interior finish is a custom quartz blend of a Graphite base along with blue quartz flakes. The long bluestone coping complements the long length of the lap pool. Clean lines and a beautiful deep blue color allow the pool to blend seamlessly with the modern farm-style ranch house and the reservoir in the background.
