Despite the thought that the pool industry is seasonal, the quality pool construction industry is year-round. Vue Custom Construction was formed in 2012 and has been increasing about 30% annually on average and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for team-oriented, responsible folks willing to learn and/or teach their skills. Pride in workmanship is a must.

Skills we’re looking for:

• Electrical (or interested in electrical apprenticeship)
• Tile
• Construction equipment operators (Excavator/Skid steer)
• Concrete placement
• General Labor (demo with Chipping Hammers)
• CDL license a plus
• Landscaping/Hardscape experience
• Retaining Walls
• Carpentry
• Masonry (Stone or Brick)
• Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
• Plumbing
• Maintenance route
• Autocad / Revit

There is a lot of variety in the work that we do day to day and project to project.

Vue Custom Construction is an award-winning licensed General Contractor who designs, builds, and renovates high-end residential gunite swimming pools and commercial luxury apartment pools. The majority of our job sites are typically within a 60-mile radius of Greensboro, although we do travel further for some of our commercial installations. We are licensed in 3 states (NC/SC/VA). When travel is required, transportation or mileage with per diem and lodging is provided. We offer health insurance, bonus opportunities, jobsite vehicles and outwear among other benefits.
